On June 1st, my Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Woman of the Year campaign came to an end. I am proud to say I was 1 of 16 candidates this year in San Antonio and we raised an outstanding amount of $1,126,107 for blood cancer! My team and I were able to raise $53,927 and more than 50% of my fundraising was thanks to many of the attorneys who read this magazine. Thank YOU! Starting this April, we’re Launching a monthly brainstorm luncheon! How it Works: Each month, we will choose up to 10 plaintiff attorneys to attend our luncheon. Attorneys who are attending the next luncheon can submit a case 3 weeks before the luncheon, which they want to be selected for discussion with the group. The CRP team will review all submissions and will choose 1 case to be the focus of the meeting. A brief synopsis of the case and goals for the brainstorming session will be shared with all meeting attendees 2 weeks before the luncheon. This month will be the last issue ofOff The Record. After 2 full years of publishing this monthly magazine, we have decided not to continue with it in 2020. In our December 1st episode of Trial Lawyer Nation, Michael Cowen sits down with Delisi Friday our Director of Marketing and Business Development and discusses this decision and how it was determined in more detail. In 2020 our direct mail marketing will be more focused and purposeful.
